We collect, use and disclose Personal Information with consent obtained at or before the time of collection (for example, when you register for an Account, or when a worker registers within the app), or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Where we collect location information, we rely on express consent.

How We Use Your Personal Information?
Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. Information Collected Through the App (Workers and Location)
The ConstructionClock app collects time, attendance and location (GPS) information about the workers (“Authorized Users”) whom a customer (the “Account Holder”) has enabled to use the app. This information is collected on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the Account Holder, which owns the resulting records as described in our Terms and Conditions of Use. These features cannot be provided without this technology, and location collection requires that the worker enable location permissions on their device; if those permissions are disabled, time and location may not be recorded, or may not be recorded accurately.
Location information is recorded only during working hours and in connection with designated job sites. Optional features – automatic site creation, live location and route tracking – are turned off by default and operate only if the Account Holder enables them; the Account Holder may enable none, one or all of them, and may turn them off at any time. Even where a feature is enabled by the Account Holder, it will not function, or will not function properly, unless the worker’s device permissions (including location permissions) are also enabled.
Workers who have questions about the collection of their information, or who wish to access or correct it, should contact their employer (the Account Holder) in the first instance; we will assist the Account Holder in responding to such requests. Payment card information provided when subscribing is processed by our payment processor and is not stored by us. We may use information derived from app records in de-identified, aggregated form that does not identify any individual or customer.
Identity documents, certifications and uploaded files. Where the Account Holder enables these features, workers may upload identity documents (such as a driver’s licence) and professional certifications (such as a Red Seal endorsement), and the Account Holder may upload site documents, contracts and other files. This information is collected and stored as part of the Account Holder’s Customer Data, on its behalf, for credential, compliance and document management within its organization. Uploaded identity documents, certifications and files are visible to other individuals within the Account Holder’s organization only where, and to the extent, the Account Holder grants them access; the Account Holder controls that access. ConstructionClock does not use uploaded identity documents, certifications or files for any purpose other than providing the service. Workers should upload identity documents only as directed by their employer, and should direct questions about who can view their documents to their employer.
